Delivery Information

• Orders received until 15:30 are shipped the same day. Orders placed with Yurtiçi Kargo or Sürat Kargo until 16:00, and with HepsiJET until 15:30, can be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these hours continue to be prepared in order sequence depending on the workload, and those that can be prepared are dispatched.
• If you see the phrase “package prepared” on your order, it means that package has been dispatched. The shipping information is entered into the system the next day.
• The pick up from store option should only be used when you will collect the product from our workplace in Kocaeli.
• When you order a missing item, you can place a new order with pick up from store; we send the 2 orders combined. Second orders received after 16:00 cannot be sent in the same package.
• Our workplace is open on weekdays between 09:00 – 18:00.

• We have agreements with Yurtici Kargo, HepsiJET and Surat Kargo.
• If you are going to send a shipment for a return, technical service or any other purpose, you must send it via Yurtici Kargo or Surat Kargo addressed to "İZMİT YAZILIM ROBOT TEKNOLOJİLERİ ELEKTRONİK SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.".

Why do you charge VAT on the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is added to the cart as a product, like the other products sold on the site. The site software automatically calculates VAT on the shipping item as it does for all products. For this reason, we define the shipping fee in the system without VAT. The shipping amount that appears when the order is completed corresponds to the actual fee we pay to the carrier. In other words, no extra income is obtained from shipping. On the contrary, in most orders the packages exceed 1 desi, so the shipping cost increases and we cover the difference above the amount you pay.

Why does free shipping on marketplaces start at lower amounts?

On marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, etc.), a certain amount of shipping fee can be included in the price of each product. You pay a shipping fee on every product you buy; as the number of products increases, you pay as many shipping fees as the number of items. Therefore, the free shipping information on marketplaces is manipulative. For bulk purchases or cart purchases, buying directly from us provides an advantage to the buyer.
