When is my order shipped?
Orders placed before 15:30 are shipped the same day.
How much is shipping?
Surat Kargo 110 TL + VAT, HepsiJET 130 TL + VAT, Yurtici Kargo 150 TL + VAT. Free over 1,100 TL (Surat), 1,300 TL (HepsiJET) and 1,500 TL (Yurtici). Store pickup is free.

Which payment methods are available?
Online credit card payment and bank transfer. Transfer details are on the Bank Account Details page.

What is the return period?
