     The KY-023 joystick module is a 2 axis (X, Y) direction control module. There is 1 button on it. There are 2 pcs 5k ohm potentiometers on the board. The resistance values change with the joystick movement. And the direction information is obtained by reading these changing resistances as analog. It is suitable for use with many kits such as Arduino, raspberry pi, esp32 wifi modules etc. You can use it to direct your projects by following hand movements. It is an ideal solution for controlling your project in a wide range from various robotics projects to RC vehicles and colored LEDs.

     It has an ergonomic plastic cap. The cap can be detached from the module. When pressed from above, the button on the board goes into the NC short circuit state. It is easily mounted with 4 mounting holes. It is connected through a 5 pcs 2.54mm male pin header connection socket.
