     It is a 3 axis compass sensor using the HMC5883L IC. There is a 3.3V voltage regulator on the module. Thanks to this, it can be used in 5V supplied systems. The sensor uses the I2C communication protocol. There is a 12 bit adc on the board. It can measure with high precision such as 2 milligauss.  It has very low power consumption. It is used in applications such as mobile phones, robot motion control, mobile devices, vehicle navigation etc.
