Temperature based control is performed only via the Fan 1 socket. Fan 2 and fan 3 are set manually with the potentiometers on the board.

     It is a 3 Channel Dc 12V 4 wire fan pwm speed control board. The fans are compatible with the 4 wire standard sockets and fans in pcs. Fan speeds can be driven efficiently with pwm. It is used to keep system temperatures low and to make the fans work efficiently. Operating settings can be made with the 5 way setting switch. It can measure temperature with the Ntc temperature sensor. In this way the fan speed can be adjusted automatically depending on the temperature. Temperature based control is performed only via the Fan 1 socket.

     The board supply input is made via the 2 way terminal block. It has 4A fan current capacity. There is no need for a heatsink. There is a supply indicator led. This led is also used for visual warning. It can give an audible warning signal with the buzzer.There are manual speed control pots for fan 2 and fan 3. Easy mounting can be done with 4 mounting holes.

Temperature based settings for Fan 1:

•      Switch number 1 TFL:  Temperature setting for Fan 1, when in the ON state the speed minimum is 40%, in the OFF state the Fan 1 speed minimum is 20%.
•      Switch number 2 / 3  TP1 TP2: Temperature based operating setting ranges. It must be used with the temperature probe. When the temperature is low it works at minimum speed and when the temperature is high it always works at full speed.

•      Switch number 4 / 5 BF1 BF2: It is the stop alarm setting switch of Fan 1 and Fan 2. When the fans of the relevant channel stop, it gives a warning with sound and light. The warning is cleared automatically when the fan turns again. When both BF1 and BF2 are on (ON), a warning occurs when either or both of Fan 1 and Fan 2 stop..

Note:

• It can be used with controlled fans that can work with the 4 wire standard pwm signal. It cannot be used with 2 wire fans.
• The total current of the fans that can be driven in parallel from a single channel must not exceed 4A ( 5A for short periods ). The current total of all sockets must not be above 9A. Otherwise the circuit may be damaged.
