To use the product, you must have an external programmer or usb uart converter.

     This product is an expansion board that allows you to program your Arduino boards or external atmel integrated circuits, load the bootloader and change the fuse settings. You can use it by inserting the integrated circuits to be programmed into the zif socket on it. The board is not a programmer, it is an expansion board. You need to use it by connecting your external atmel programmers or usb ttl converters. 

      It has a built-in buzzer and LED indicators that report whether the writing was successful. It is easy to use. In situations that require programming a lot of integrated circuits, the zif socket will be very useful to you.
