If the battery voltage is low, the IC stays in locked state. When voltage input is applied to the circuit and the battery starts charging, the lock is released and the circuit starts giving output.
The product is damaged if the battery is connected in reverse.
If the current delivery capacity of the battery is low during fast charge, the voltage cannot rise. Battery capacity is important for fast charge.
Powerbank circuit with dual usb output and Qc2 Qc3 fast charge support. It can be turned on and off with the button on the side. The 3.7V battery voltage is boosted and delivered as a 5V source from 2 usb outputs for external use. It provides fast charge support and can deliver 9V 12V voltage to target circuits from the outputs. It charges the battery connected to the board through the Type C and Micro usb sockets.
A 3.7V lion battery is connected through the B+ and B- pads. More than one battery can be connected in parallel. Increasing the number of parallel batteries increases the charging time. The discharge time also increases. The battery capacity should not be greater than 20000mah. Reverse battery connection damages the product. If batteries connected in series are connected, the product is damaged. When the battery is charging, the charge capacity of the battery is shown on the screen.
Warnings:
- Connecting the battery in reverse causes permanent damage to the product.
- Battery connection cables should not be made with thin wires. They must be able to carry 5A current. They should not be too long
- A quality battery should be used. Do not use old and worn batteries.
- More than one 3.7V battery cannot be connected to this circuit in series. You can increase the number of batteries in parallel. Increasing the number of parallel batteries increases the discharge time, and of course the charging time also increases.
- You should not use batteries with protection circuits. Current limited batteries may prevent this board from operating at full capacity.
- Type c is only an input port. it does not give output
- Do not solder the batteries with soldering irons at long duration and high temperature. Use of nickel wire is recommended.
