MCP9700-E/TO is a sensor with which you can measure temperature directly by voltage change. The voltage change for each degree is 10mV. It provides temperature indication as analog. It is used by calculating the temperature corresponding to the analog voltage measured with an adc. It can measure temperature between -40C / 125C. It has a 500mV dc offset. This enables negative temperatures to be measured without a negative supply.
