Microchip Atmel ARM 7 SAM7X Microcontroller 32-bit 55MHz 256KB 100TFB

 

     Microchip's ARM-based SAM7X256 is a member of the Microchip SAM7X series of microcontrollers based on the 32-bit ARM7TDMI processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 55MHz and contains 256KB of flash memory and 64KB of SRAM. The peripheral set includes a USB 2.0 Full Speed device port, an Ethernet MAC 10/100 port, a CAN 2.0A and 2.0B compliant controller, two USARTs, a UART, two SPIs, an SSC, a TWI (I2C), three 16-bit timers, an RTT and an 8x10-bit ADC. The typical core supply is 1.8V, the I/Os are supplied with 1.8V or 3.3V and are 5V tolerant. An integrated voltage regulator provides a single 3.3V supply. The SAM7X256 is offered in 100-lead LQFP and TFBGA packages.
