     Peltiers are ceramic products that can create a temperature difference between their 2 surfaces when electricity is applied. While the temperature rises on one surface, the temperature decreases on the other surface. It is also mandatory that the hot surface be cooled with an external cooler. Otherwise very high heat occurs on the hot surface side in a short time and the ceramic structure is irreversibly damaged.
