     A buzzer is a component that can produce sound with its electronic transducer structure. It is used for the purpose of making sound in computers, toys, timers, phones and many other devices that can be counted. It can operate with Dc 3.3V and 5V supply. It can easily be used with Arduino and any mcu board. It is preferred for giving an audible warning in alarms, notifications, button feedback, door bells, toy circuits, timers and basic electronic projects.

     Since the active buzzer has a built-in oscillator, it produces sound at a fixed tone with digital triggering without requiring an external frequency or pwm signal. For this reason, only supply and a digital control signal are sufficient for use. When the signal pin is activated, the buzzer sounds, and when it is set to passive state, it goes silent.

     This product is not designed to produce melodies or notes with different frequencies. For melody, different tone or frequency controlled sound applications, a passive buzzer module should be preferred.
