It is an ethernet communication sub board prepared for Arduino nano 3. Microchip ENC28J60 is used. It has Mac and Phy layers. Communication with the module is done over SPI. The pins are 5V tolerant. It is used together with an Arduino board.
The headers under the board allow connection to external circuits. It has gold plated pins. There is a 3.3V regulator on the board. It connects to the network with an rj45 socket with led indicator.
