      This motor shield, which you can use together with the ESP8266 Nodemcu wifi board, allows you to drive 1 step motor or 2 DC motors thanks to the L293D motor driver on it. By using this shield together with the development board, you can make wifi controlled robots quite easily.

  • Driver IC: L293D
  • Motor voltage (VM): 4.5-36V
  • Controller voltage (VIN): 4.5V-10V
  • VM and VIN can be combined. ( Higher voltage must not be applied. If you are going to combine it with the motor supply, the VM voltage cannot exceed 10V. If you apply higher voltage, your Nodemcu board will be damaged. )
  • Ability to supply the controller and motor voltages separately or from a single supply
  • Driver Type: H Bridge
  • Maximum motor current: 1.2A
  • Control signal input level: High: 2.3V and above VIH and below VIN; Low: -0.3V and above VIL and below 1.5V
  • Operating temperature: -10C  / +85C
  • Color: Black
