     It has 2 leds, an infrared transmitter and receiver. Since it works at the infrared wavelength, it is not affected by sunlight. The light coming out of the infrared transmitter led hits the obstacle and returns, and the receiver led detects this light. It sends infrared light to objects and the reflected rays are detected by the receiver led. The distance setting is made with the potentiometer on the board. When turned counterclockwise, the detection distance decreases.

     The obstacle detection distance is between 2 / 30cm. The viewing angle is 35 degrees. It can operate with a DC 3.3V 7 5V supply.There is 1 mounting hole. There is a power indicator led and an obstacle detection indicator led.
