Adjustable Voltage Step Up Power Supply Step Up

     It is a voltage step up module made with the Mt3608 integrated circuit. It is low cost and high efficiency. It can provide an output current of up to 2 amperes. In this way you can set the 5V usb voltage as a 28V output. It is important that the voltage is not applied in reverse. If the input voltage is applied in reverse the product will be damaged. After turning the multi turn pot 15-20 turns counterclockwise you can see the output voltage rise.

     Without soldering the product, connect the input voltage with crocodile cables, paying attention to its polarity. The pot on the product is multi turn. Turn it 20 full turns counterclockwise. Afterwards you will see that the voltage can be adjusted. After you see that the voltage step up operation is successful, you can mount and use it in the application you want with soldering and similar operations.

Pot usage:

•     The pot on the product is multi turn. Counterclockwise turn it 20 full turns. Afterwards you will see that the voltage can be adjusted. Trying to lower the output voltage below the input voltage by turning it clockwise damages the product.

Precautions:

• The input voltage must not exceed the maximum input voltage of 24V. At high voltage the product will be damaged.
• The output current cannot exceed 2A
• If the module output voltage cannot be adjusted, it gives the output voltage at first startup.
• In a faulty reverse connection the product will be damaged. Short circuited products are evaluated as user error.
• The input power has to be higher than the power that will be drawn at the output. Otherwise the output voltage cannot rise. As an example you cannot run a computer with a pen battery ! In such cases the voltage cannot rise.
