RFM69CW is an RF transceiver module with low power consumption and high receiver sensitivity, operating in the license-free ISM frequency bands. It was developed for sensor data, control signal and low data volume communication needs. Both data transmission and data reception operations can be carried out with a single module.
All RF communication parameters can be controlled via software. Frequency, output power, data rate, modulation type, channel filter and error control mechanisms can be adjusted dynamically. Thanks to this structure, it offers much more flexible and professional solutions compared to fixed RF modules.
Its support for narrow band and wide band communication modes allows multiple devices to operate stably in the same frequency band. It communicates directly with microcontrollers over the SPI interface. Thanks to low power modes, it is suitable for long-term use in battery-powered systems.
Thanks to the built-in AES-128 encryption and CRC check, it is preferred in applications requiring data security. Being pin compatible with RFM12B allows it to be used easily in existing designs.
