LM393 Light Sensor Module

     It has a led diode on it that can detect light. It is used to detect the brightness and intensity of ambient light. Brightness adjustment is made with the potentiometer on it. It gives digital output. This board, which gives digital and analog output according to the ambient light, gives 0V in dark conditions and a 5V signal when light falls on the sensor. Sensitivity adjustment can be made with the pot on it. The operating voltage is 3.3V-5V.

     It is generally used to detect the presence of light. It creates a digital output that is triggered according to the set light intensity. When the light intensity does not reach the level you set, the output stays at the 5v level. When it exceeds the level you set, the output drops to the low voltage level, 0V. With this digital output you can trigger an mcu or a relay. In this way, you can create automatic systems that can operate according to the presence or absence of light..
