When the product reaches you, power the product with a usb cable without doing any soldering and check the output voltage. If there is no problem, you can continue with the soldering stage.
It is a 2S lithium battery charger board. It has 8.4V 1A charging capacity. The board can be powered with 5V coming over the Type-C socket or with a maximum DC 6V supply from the external voltage inputs. It raises the input voltage up to the battery charging voltage. There are 2 indicator leds on the board to show the charging status.
