     The CH376S module is a professional solution that adds usb host and device capability to microcontrollers. It stands out with USB flash drive read/write and FAT file system support. Spi, uart and parallel communication options are available. It can be easily integrated with Arduino and other microcontroller platforms. It supports FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32 file systems.

     Put an end to memory problems in your microcontroller projects! The CH376S USB Module is a powerful interface board that allows your Arduino, STM32 and other development boards to recognize standard USB Flash Drives (U-Disk), read files and write data onto them.

    Jumper selection: You can select the communication mode (SPI, UART or Parallel) with the jumper settings on the board. Wide file system support: It supports FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32 file systems in hardware. It simplifies file management (creating, deleting, reading, writing) operations.

It supports 3 different communication modes according to your project's needs:

•         8-bit Parallel: For high speed data transfer.
•         SPI Interface: For pin saving and fast communication.
•         UART (Serial): For easy connection and debug operations.

     Integrated solution: The CH376S chip on the board handles all USB stack operations internally, it does not burden your microcontroller's processor. The module has a 12Mhz crystal, an internal 3.3V regulator, a usb a socket and pin headers that make working easier. It supports basic file management functions such as file listing, reading, writing and deleting. Test the module over UART on first use. Start with 9600 baud rate and send the "EXIST" command.

    2x8 Pin Header (Left Side):

•     D0 - D7: 8-bit Parallel data bus.
•     A0, RD, WR, CS: Control pins (For Parallel mode).
•     GND, 5V: Power input.

    Serial Port Header (Top Section):

•    TXD, RXD, GND: Connection points for UART (Serial) communication.

Usage guidelines:

•     First test with UART
•     Format USB flash drives as FAT32
•     Use short file names (8.3 format)
•     Be careful not to exceed the buffer size
•     Make sure the power supply is sufficient
•     The USB cable must be short and of good quality

Common problems and their solutions

•     USB flash drive is not recognized: Make sure it is in FAT32 format
•     Communication error: Check the baud rate and connections
•     File cannot be read: The file name must be in 8.3 format
•     Write error: The USB flash drive may be write protected
•     Reset problem: Pull the RST pin LOW for 100ms
