The switching load capacity is maximum 100mA. If you use it in an application that draws high current, the sensor will be damaged.
Infrared sensor with 80cm range. It is a high quality, industrial infrared sensor with digital output suitable for many robot projects. It has an M18 compatible body structure. When an obstacle comes in front of it, the output becomes 5V. Use the output terminal by pulling it up with 5V.
