The product package will be opened by us. A program will be uploaded to the Arduino and esp side and it will be tested. The products that reach you will have been tested and will be in a state where they blink an led every 3 sec. If the product is to be returned, the arduino and esp must be reprogrammable.
It is the version of the standard Arduino Uno R3 board with wifi communication function added via the Esp8266 chip. The Uno board has gained the ability to connect to the internet wirelessly without external circuits. The Arduino and esp modules can work by communicating with each other, and they can also be used separately and independently.
The board can be powered through the micro usb port and all its functions work completely. Power can also be supplied through the external adapter socket. The Arduino IO pins are accessible through the 4 female headers located on the board edges. With the ICSP socket, the arduino can also be programmed separately using an external programmer when needed.
It can be connected directly to the pc through the CH340G chip on the board. You can program it with the Arduino IDE through the com port created on the pc. The ttl uart pins can be connected to the arduino or the esp module with the help of the dip switch. It is used for uploading a program to the arduino and the esp according to the table and explanations below. Again, according to the dip switch settings, the esp and the arduino can be used so that they perform uart communication with each other.
The io pins belonging to the Esp8266 chip are located on the right side of the board with a 3x4 pin male header. What these pins are is explained in writing on the pcb on the back side of the board. You can easily access the esp8266 pins with various dupont cables and build your projects. The mini reboot button for the Esp8266 chip is located near the chip. A pcb antenna has also been added. For cases where the pcb antenna has range problems, there is a ufl socket on the board for an external antenna connection. Antennas and connection cables compatible with this socket are available in our store. With these materials you can establish a wifi connection from longer distances.

Driver : The CH341SER.EXE file must be downloaded via Google and installed. When you connect the board to the computer, a new com port is created under “ports”. This com port is selected and used in the Arduino IDE.

Note: A micro usb cable does not come in the package. If you do not have a suitable cable, you need to obtain a Micro usb cable.
Arduino Programming:
- Before the arduino side is used, a code must definitely have been uploaded to the esp, even if it is empty.
- Numbers 3-4 on the dip switch are set to the On position. The others remain in the Off state.
- In the Arduino ide, “Arduino Uno Wifi“ is selected as the board.
- Under examples, the blink example inside basic is opened. The 1 sec delays in the example ( delay(1000) ) are changed to 3sec ( 3000 ).
- The upload command is run. When the upload command is pressed, the arduino reset key is held pressed. After the uploading message appears, the reset button is released.
- The upload completed message is seen. Then you will see that the user led coded with L stays on for 3 sec and off for 3 sec.
Esp8266 Programming:
- Numbers 5-6-7 on the dip switch are set to the On position. The others remain in the Off state.
- In the Arduino ide, “Generic ESP8266 Module“ is selected as the board.
- A suitable esp8266 example is opened.
- The upload command is run. When the upload command is pressed, the esp8266 reboot key is held pressed. After the uploading message appears, the reset button is released. The upload completed message is seen. ( In some cases it may be necessary to press and release the arduino reset and reboot buttons at the same time.)
- Dip switch number 7 is set to the Off state. The arduino reset button is pressed.

- Open the File / Preferences menu.
