%0-100 Speed Adjustment with Display - Panel Type Case – Duty and Frequency Adjustment

     ZK-MG is a PWM DC motor driver with 30V 5A power. It has a screen showing the output power as a percentage. It adjusts the output power with PWM and therefore controls the motor driving speed. The numbers appearing on the screen show the output power as a percentage. A value of 55 shows that %55 of the input power is transferred out. Adjustment operations are made with the digital encoder adjustment pot.

Usage- and Settings:

     The percentage speed adjustment is made by turning the encoder pot. When turned clockwise it shows an increasing effect, turning in the reverse direction shows a decreasing effect. According to the setting made, the input voltage is transferred to the output at a certain ratio. A short press on the pot provides the on off operation of the output.

     If the pot is long pressed, the setting menu is entered. There are 3 settings.

• L: It is the lowest limit for duty. It can be set as 2 digits. It is used so that the output does not go below a certain level.
• H: It is the highest limit for duty. It can be set as 2 digits or as 100. It is used so that the output does not go above a certain level.
• F: It is the adjustment of the operating frequency of the product. It can be set as 2 digits. It can be set between 1khz and 99khz.

While in the setting menu, long pressing again provides exiting from the setting menu.
