     The Plastic Project Box 65 x 38 x 22mm is a small circuit box made of black ABS plastic, with a lid and mounting ears. The outer body size is 65mm x 38mm x 22mm; including the mounting ears with screw holes on both short sides, the length becomes about 80mm. The inner base is about 61mm x 33mm; smaller boards, sensor and relay boards, small power supply and LED driver circuits fit inside.

     The lid has 4 plastic feet; the lid closes by pressing these feet into the body and the box is joined together. There are 4 board (PCB) connection points inside the top lid. The cable entry slots on the short sides let supply and signal wires leave the box neatly. With the holes in the mounting ears the box can be screwed to a wall, a panel, a device housing or inside a vehicle. Screws are not included in the package.

     The ABS body can be drilled and cut; extra holes can be made for a switch, LED, connector or cable gland. This box is smaller than the 100 x 60 x 25mm snap-fit project box on robiz.net and, unlike it, has protruding mounting ears.

     Inner space for small circuits: The inner base is about 61mm x 33mm. The 4 connection points inside the top lid help position the board.

     Workable ABS body: The black ABS plastic is easy to drill and cut; making holes for switches, LEDs and connectors is simple.

Usage information:

• When opening and closing the lid, push the plastic feet on the lid straight into the body; do not force the feet sideways.
• Before placing a board inside, measure that the board and its connectors fit the inner base (about 61mm x 33mm) and the inner height with the lid closed.
• Fix the box to a wall or panel with suitable screws through the holes in the mounting ears; route the wires through the slots on the short sides.
