The switches in this type of sensor can drive low power loads. In applications where high current will flow, the sensors must not be used directly. After this sensor it is mandatory to use a component such as a relay or contactor in between. If the sensor switch has short circuited, it means the product has been damaged due to high current. It cannot be repaired.

It is used to detect the liquid level in tanks filled with liquid. It can activate devices such as a pump, indicator, alarm and the like. With the liquid level sensor you can detect whether your tanks are full or empty. The sensor gives output as a dry contact. Depending on the position where you place it, it can be normally open or normally closed. It is widely used in sewage treatment plants, high rise pools, wells, mines, industrial pools, water tanks, oil pools, hydrogeology, reservoirs, rivers, oceans and similar places.
