4) Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, Law on the Protection of the Consumer, etc.); at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
5) Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to contracted shipping companies so that your order can be delivered to you, to the relevant payment institutions so that payment transactions can be carried out, and to authorized public institutions and organizations as required by our legal obligations, limited to the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6) Your Rights (KVKK art.11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us you have the right to;
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the correction/deletion transactions carried out be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing,

Categories of Personal Data Processed
Identity information (first name and last name, Turkish ID number or tax identification number declared for invoicing), contact information (address, phone, e-mail), customer transaction information (order, invoice and return records), transaction security information (IP address, session records) and payment-related information (payment method and amount; credit card data is not stored by us, it is processed through the payment institution).
Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be shared with contracted shipping companies for the delivery of your order, with banks and payment institutions for the execution of the payment, with our e-document and pre-accounting service provider for invoicing, and with authorized public institutions and organizations in the event of a legal obligation. Due to the technical infrastructure of the service providers, data may be hosted on domestic and international servers. Apart from these, no transfer is made to third parties and data is not sold for marketing purposes.
