4 Channel Mosfet Driver Module

Pwm Speed Control Motor Solenoid Valve Switch Led Lamp Dimmer

 

     The 4 Channel mosfet driver board has been developed for use in high current switching applications. It has the capacity to perform switching at 24V 5A power. It can be driven with signals at the 3-5V level. Thanks to this, it can be used with arduino and other mcu boards. It can be driven with pwm capable mcu pins. It is not suitable for the control of AC power. When switching at high power, it should be used with a heatsink.

 

Features:

  •     4 Channel Mosfet
  •     Trigger signal: 3.3V, 5V
  •     Output power adjustable with PWM signal
  •     Output voltage: 0-24V DC
  •     Output current: < 5A ( a heatsink must be used for mosfets above 2A )
  •     Input socket for each channel.
  •     2 way terminal socket for supply
  •     4 pieces of terminal socket for mosfet outputs
  •     You can control your devices such as LED, solenoid, motor etc. operating with 24V
  •     Dimensions: 66mm x 66mm
  •     Weight: 35gr
