This product is a sensor used to detect liquid level. You cannot drive a motor or pump by passing high current directly through this product. Adding a component such as a relay or contactor in between is mandatory. If the sensor is short circuited, it means the product has been damaged due to high current. It cannot be repaired.
The XKC-Y25-V non-contact liquid level sensor is designed to detect level without direct contact with the liquid. The sensor is used by attaching it to the outer surface of a non-metal container or pipe. In this way, liquid present/absent control can be performed without the need to drill a hole in the container.
It can be used with plastic tanks, glass vessels, acrylic containers, water reservoirs, small liquid control systems, automation applications, Arduino, ESP32, STM32, PLC inputs and relay modules.
This model is the XKC-Y25-V version. It is not an NPN or PNP output model. In the manufacturer series, NPN and PNP models are sold with separate codes. This product is the V model with high/low level digital output.
