    It increases the number of motherboard fan port channels. It can be used with 12V  3 pin and 4 pin fans. It takes its power over 1 Sata connection socket. There are 10 output sockets.

    The 4 pin red port on the board is connected to the cpu. It is connected from the pwm socket on this board to the cpu port on the motherboard. While the CPU is powered over Sata supply, the pwm signals pass through the board and reach the motherboard. In this way your computer can detect the cpu speed.  The other fan output sockets do not have pwm signal support.

    There is a double sided adhesive tape on the back of the board that allows it to be attached to a flat surface. In addition, there is a fixing screw hole in the middle of the PCB to allow you to fix it to a suitable surface.
