     The PD decoy module allows you to access the fixed high voltages in fast charge adapters. The module tricks your adapter and enables the high voltage outputs in your adapter to be transferred out.  You can get high voltage up to 20V from your adapter ( if it supports it ). In this way it allows you to operate products that work with high voltage. For example it allows you to use devices such as a laptop, modem, camera with commonly used adapters.

     It has a Usb type C socket input. The output voltage setting is made by short circuiting the pads on the board. It comes factory soldered to provide 12V. If your adapter does not support it or if the module and your adapter are not compatible, you may see a different voltage at the output ( a lower first level ). You can connect it to a fast charge adapter with a quality usb cable. The voltage output is taken via the red black 10cm cable soldered to the board. There is 1 indicator led on the board. The led brightness changes according to the set voltage.

Warnings:

• When the product reaches you, the cable outputs can be connected to the target device after the voltage it provides is determined with a voltmeter. . If you connect it to the target device with an incorrect setting without checking, your product may be damaged.
• You must definitely know the type of your charger before purchasing. If you use an adapter that does not support the specified protocols you will only see 5V at the module output.
• The module comes soldered with a factory output setting of 12V.  If your adapter supports it and is compatible with the module you will see 12v at the output. We were able to get 9V output from an adapter with 12v support. We tested that it provides 12V from a different adapter.
• It is important that you use a quality usb cable. Poor quality cables will heat up and may prevent you from transferring the required power values. Some cables may also not have the data lines required for type-c. This also prevents the use of the product.
• Some adapters provide output at certain voltage levels. For this reason you may not be able to obtain some voltages. Since there is no 12V output in Iphone and xiaomi adapters, even if you set 12V output you will not be able to obtain 12V.
