It is a battery charge discharge device. It can process 2 batteries. It can charge 2 different types of batteries at different voltages and different current rates. You can charge commonly used batteries such as AA AAA 18650. There is a movable mechanism in the battery slots. Thanks to this, batteries of different lengths can be placed in these slots and used. There are 2 different charging modes, 500mA and 1000ma.
In order to understand the capacities of the batteries, the energy inside must be consumed at a certain current burn rate. According to the consumption time, the energy consumed by the battery is calculated. This shows the capacity of the battery. There are 2 different discharge modes, 4.2V and 1.4V 500mA.
The product is powered with a DC 12V adapter. There is 1 5V 1A usb battery charging output socket. Using the batteries on it, the product can work like a mobile 5V usb energy source ( powerbank ). When you insert a battery while the adapter is not plugged into the device, it starts to work as a powerbank and the lcds are in the off state. The led lamp or other usb devices you plug in via Usb start to work.
When the 12V adapter is plugged in, the lcd screen starts to work. If the battery slots are empty, the text null ( empty ) appears on the right and left side. When you insert a battery into the slots, the voltage of the battery is found automatically. And it starts charging the battery with 500mA.
After a while, the lcd screen turns off its backlight and switches to a lower energy consumption mode. While in this state, when the mode buttons are pressed, the backlight will turn on again. If the mode button is pressed for 3 seconds, the product enters discharge mode and the settings here are made. Then, if it is held pressed for 3 sec again, it will return to charge mode. In this case, 500mA 1000ma selection can be made for the charging current.
It can charge batteries of 2 different types ( lithium Nimh ) and voltages at the same time. By inserting a 1.5V Nimh battery in 1 slot and a 3.7V lithium battery on the other side, these batteries can be charged at different voltages and currents. Likewise, while 2 different batteries are inserted, one can be used in charge mode and the other in discharge mode.

Charge mode:
- When the power is turned on, the LCD screen lights up instantly. If there is no battery, the screen will be blank.If there is no battery or it is faulty, the text “null” appears on the screen.
- After the battery is inserted into the device, the internal resistance is calculated within 3 seconds and then the system automatically enters the charging current selection mode.. Within 8 seconds, you can select 500mA or 1000mA charging current by pressing the button, and the system locks the charging current you selected after 8 seconds. If you do not adjust it within eight seconds, the system automatically uses 500 mA charging current. This current does not change again. If you want to change the current, you need to reinsert the battery.
- Users need to pay attention to the charging current selection. If you do not need fast charging, use the 500mA charging current, which is the safest and most beneficial for the battery;
- While charging, you can press the button to display: charge capacity (mAh) / time (h) / internal resistance (MR) / charging current (mA).
Discharge Mode:
- Turn on the power and insert the battery into the charger. Within 8 seconds, select "Discharge Mode" with the Mode button. Then select the current you want.
- After entering test mode, you can make the current selection 500mA /1000 mA within 8 seconds. The system locks the current you selected after 8 seconds. If you do not make a setting within 8 seconds, it will discharge with 500mA discharge current.
- When "END" appears, the capacity test ends.The battery capacity will be displayed on the screen. This capacity is calculated according to the state where the battery is fully charged. For that reason, it is important that the battery you will insert is fully charged for the test result to be correct.
- After the capacity test is completed, the charger will charge the battery again with the previously selected current until it is fully charged.
