Motor output phases must never be connected together. If they are connected together or short circuited, the driver will be damaged.

     It is a 500w brushless motor driver board. The motor speed can be adjusted between %0/100 with a potentiometer. It has on off control button support. It has a speed signal pulse output. The motor direction can be controlled with a switch. There is no need for a hall sensor.

     It comes with an 18mm heatsink. At high powers you should provide cooling with an external fan if necessary. You can use a pot between 10-50kohm for speed adjustment.

Warnings:

• Check the suitability of the voltage and power parameters of the motor. If you connect a motor that may be damaged when high power is transferred, your motor may be damaged.
• It is essential that the 5V output on the board is not connected to any other external circuit. It can only be used for the speed adjustment pot and enable switch connection.
• The motor cables must be shielded. They must not be longer than 50cm. Otherwise the motor rotation is affected in a bad way.

Control Port:

• 5V: 5V supply output for control signals
• Signal: Speed signal pulse output
• Z/F: It is the rotation direction control pin. A 5V connection or leaving it empty is the “forward” direction. 0V runs it in the “reverse” direction.
• VD: Speed control pin. Analog speed adjustment input pin. A voltage between 0-5V must be applied. A 20kohm potentiometer can be used.
• GND: Ground
• SET ( The text on the Pcb ): The pin names are located on the bottom of the board. Do not make connections without checking the order.
