The Rigol DS1054Z is a high quality and high performance, 50MHz, 4 Channel, Digital Storage Oscilloscope. This high performance provides not only capturing the real time instantaneous signal, but also observing repetitive signal details.

This high performance provides not only capturing the real time instantaneous signal, but also observing repetitive signal details. The DS1054Z’ s 30.000 wfms / s scan rate makes it easier for users to capture instantaneous signals and abnormal signals faster. It also helps to increase the waveform capture capability and to speed up a circuit debugging route.

The quality of Rigol oscilloscopes is comparable to Agilent and Tektronix oscilloscopes. Especially the large TFT color screens are very easy to read. Thanks to an intelligent system for displaying or masking information, the largest possible area for viewing signals is always available. Signal curves, the FFT display and other functions can be shown on the screen at the same time.
