There is no peltier in the set. You need to purchase a peltier separately.

The product is in disassembled condition. Do not operate the product without the fan and water system. If you operate it, the product will break down in a short time. Determine the hot and cold surfaces by supplying the peltier with DC 5V for a short time (2-3sec) and continue the installation accordingly. The cold surface must be on the side where the water cooling block is. The hot surface must be cooled with the aluminum block and the fan on it.

     Peltiers are ceramic products that can create a temperature difference between their 2 surfaces when electricity is applied. While the temperature rises on one surface, the temperature decreases on the other surface. The hot surface must additionally be cooled with an external cooler. Otherwise, very high heat occurs on the hot surface side in a short time and the ceramic structure is damaged irreversibly.

     This peltier cooler system comes unassembled. A 4x4cm aluminum cooler is mounted on the heating surface of the peltier and a 4xm x 4cm fan is mounted on top of it. The heat on the hot surface is dissipated by these 2 parts. 

     On the cooling surface side, a water cooling aluminum block is mounted. Hot water passes through this system and its temperature is lowered. It returns to circulation again to cool the target system.

     The peltier and fan supply voltage is DC 12V. Both parts can be driven from the same source. If a Tec1-12706 peltier is used, a power supply of at least 60W must be used. The insulating foam part is used between the surface to be mounted at the very bottom of the system. It has an adhesive property.
