The output voltage cannot be less than the input voltage. It is a Voltage Booster.

     If the power current drawn by the load is too high and the input power cannot meet it, the voltage at the output drops to lower levels and it tries to increase the current. You will see that the voltage does not rise.  To give a marginal example, you can raise the voltage of a battery to for example 100000V level with a circuit but you cannot move a car with it. As power, your input power must always be higher than the output. Since the efficiency is above 90%, it is a requirement that you use the product with a source that is at least 1.25 times more powerful.

     It allows low power supplies to be used by boosting their voltage in a number of applications requiring high voltage such as laptop supply, Solar panel applications, Led driver.

     It is a DC-DC step-up voltage booster circuit. The input voltage is between 8.5V - 50V. According to the voltage value applied in this range, an output voltage between 10-50V can be obtained by using the trimpot on the board. This very easy to use and high performance voltage regulator board allows you to adjust your input voltages in many of your hobby and robotics projects. The output current can also be limited with the pot on the board. You can use it by limiting it with a constant current.

     Cable connections are made easily with the terminal blocks on the regulator board without using solder.

     In applications made with the board, the output voltage must always be higher than the input voltage. On the board, IN+ is the positive supply input, IN- is ground, ++ is the positive output voltage, and -- is the ground output.

Pot Usage:

•     The pots are multi turn. They can turn 20-30 turns in each of the 2 directions. Usually the mistake of turning very little and thinking the products do not work can be made. It is necessary to turn a lot to see the effect.
•     Turning clockwise; increases the value for the relevant parameter. For example the voltage increases.
•     Turning counterclockwise; decreases the value for the relevant parameter. For example the voltage drops.
