TP4056 Battery Charging Board Protected Micro Usb Socket

    This module is made with the TP4056 lipo charging chip. It can charge 1-cell lithium batteries or batteries connected in parallel. The TP4056 has a simple circuit structure and a good protection feature, and it can charge precisely. This module has a fully automatic charging mechanism. It is produced from Smd components.
    The module has self-regulation current capability. It offers the possibility of charging between 100mA and 1000mA. The charging current is set to 1A. If you wish, you can change the current value by changing the resistor.
    The module takes its supply voltage from the micro usb or from the supply input pads on the board. The test current can be measured on the input side. The charging current should be 0.37 of the battery capacity. It is appropriate to charge a 1A battery with 0,4A. Charging with high currents in a shorter time may damage the battery.
   The wires to be used in the supply and battery connections must be of good quality. Low quality cables will affect the charging current because of the resistance they present.
   The red led indicator works during charging. When charging is finished, the green indicator led lights up and it is understood that charging is complete.
   The charging voltage should not be above 5V. A supply voltage that goes above 5V causes heat. This also causes the charging current to decrease. An IC temperature of 60C is normal.
  

Usage : 

• The board is powered from the Microusb socket or the IN+- inputs.
• The battery cell to be charged is connected to the B+ and B- pins. 
• A load can be connected to the Out+ and Out- pins. While charging, the load must be separate.
• The red led lights up during charging. When charging is finished, the green led lights up.
• Never charge your batteries at a rate greater than 1C.
