The power is not 120w. The maximum power you can use is 50w. Your current voltage setting must be below this power value. For 30V, the current must not exceed 1.6A. Returns that assume this product will operate at 30V 4A performance will be rejected.

     ZK-4KX is a voltage and current adjustable power supply module. It can display values such as voltage, current, output power, output capacity, operating time, temperature, usage time. It has a maximum current power of 4A. We recommend using it at 3A and below in long term use. DC 30V maximum input voltage can be applied. The output voltage can be adjusted between 0.5V / 30V.

     It has a panel mount type box. Adjustment is made with the encoder and buttons on it. The output active indicator led and the short circuit indicator led are on the front panel. Input output connections are made with the 4 way terminal block on the bottom side. It has low output noise. Its performance increases if the aluminum heatsink on the back surface is cooled with an external fan.

    Usage:  It has a 2 line display. The information is shown on these 2 lines depending on the user selection. The product is generally controlled with 3 buttons. 2 buttons are on the left and 1 button is on the encoder.

U/I ( Current voltage ) button short press: The first short press opens the voltage setting. Pressing the encoder provides transition between digits. The 2nd short press opens the setting menu of the current limit. The value you will set here will be your highest output current. You can keep this at levels such as 1A / 2A. When you press the U/I button again, it exits this menu.

U/I button long press: The start parameters related to voltage current are set. Settings related to whether the output will be active can be made. If the Sw button is pressed in the menu opened by long pressing the UI button, the parameter setting menu related to protection is entered. Again, in the menu opened by long pressing UI, calibration settings can be made by entering the CAL menu with the SW button. Current calibration can only be done with loads above 1A.

SW short press: It changes the parameters shown in the lower part of the ldc on the screen it is on ( input / output / temperature ).  These provide transition between current, power, Ah and hour  parameters

SW long press: It allows you to switch between the input, output and temperature menus. These parameters are on the upper part of the lcd.

Pot: Turning the pot right and left is used for the increase and decrease setting in the relevant menu. You can perform operations such as adjusting the voltage and the current. transition between digits can be done with the pot button.

Pot button: In normal operating state, pressing the pot turns the output on and off. It is also used for transition between digits in the setting menu.

Warnings:

1. The product must not be used at high short circuit output current for a long time.
2. The product output power is 30V 4A  therefore it is not 120w. The maximum output power is 50W and below. If you are going to run the product at 30V output, you need to use the current low. The product is damaged in long term use at high powers. Damage to the product in such a situation is at its own responsibility.
