A 2 color led does not come in the package. 

During the supply, battery or load connection, reverse connection causes permanent damage to the product.

     It allows the load to continue running with battery supply without stopping in case of power outages. It has a supply input voltage between Dc 5V-12V. It charges the 3.7V lion batteries connected to the board. The output voltage is Dc 12v. If the supply at the input is cut off, the battery voltage is raised to the Dc 12v level so that the target device continues to operate. 

     If Jp1 is short circuit, the output voltage is Dc 12v. If Jp1 is open circuit, the output voltage is Dc 9V. Jp2 is for battery charging current selection. If Jp2 is open circuit the charging current is 0.5A, if it is short circuited it charges with a charging current of around 1A. There are 2 color led connection pins at the input section. If a 2 color led in red green colors is attached here, the operating status of the circuit can be observed. The led is not shipped with the product.

     It may be useful to add parallel capacitors before the load connection at the output. The output voltage should be checked without the load connected. If there is Dc 12V voltage, there is no problem with the operation of the product. If the voltage drops when the load is connected, the input power is not meeting the output power.  The load requirement may be high. It may be above 12W. In this case the converter circuit cannot be used with this load. Or the input voltage may not be sufficient to supply the load at the output. For example, a 5V 1A source cannot supply a 12W load. In long term use it is appropriate not to exceed the 2/3 level of the reported values. Chinese manufacturers often report the maximum operating values as continuous use specifications.
