     It is a line tracking sensor board that you can easily use with Arduino and other microcontroller boards. There are 5 tcrt5000 sensors on the board for distance and color detection. In addition, there is 1 more infrared sensor pair to detect the distance of obstacles and objects that may be encountered horizontally. And there is one switch for collision detection. You can easily make the connections from the header pins.

     It can detect white lines on a black surface or black lines on a white surface. It detects distance and the colors of objects. Reflection from black surfaces is low. Color detection can be performed thanks to this low reflection. It gives low ( 0V ) voltage on black color and high ( 5V ) output on white colors.

     It is an ideal sensor board for your line following vehicle or line tracking robot projects. With the 7 sensors on it, it is a price performance product..

Connections:

• VCC: VCC:  It is the power input port that can reach 3.3V ~ 5V voltage
• GND: GND, it is the negative input of the power supply
• S1 ~ 5:: They are the color signal output pins.
• CLP = Collision detection switch connection pin / Limit Switch (Digital)
• Near = IR distance detector  ( its sensitivity can be adjusted via the R17 pot. )
