     It allows serial port communication over the usb port. The pl2303 chip is used on this product. It allows the usb port to be used as a com port on computers without a com port. After the driver installation, 1 com port is created in the device manager. This port is selected as the communication port in the console or the relevant serial port communication programs, and after the necessary settings are made, com port communication starts.

Driver:
1- You need to disable Windows Driver signing on your computer. Perform this operation from one of the many sites that explain this subject on Google.

2- After driver signing is disabled, install the driver on the site below and complete the operation by selecting the version 3.3 driver.
