     The Toshiba TB6612FNG IC is a motor driver circuit designed to control 2 independent dc motors. The circuit, which is also known to be used as a bipolar step motor driver, can also be used as a single motor driver by connecting the input and output pins in parallel. The circuit, which operates in the DC 4.5V / 13.5V voltage range, provides 1A continuous and 3A momentary output. In parallel connection, it provides 2A continuous and 6A momentary output.
 
     There are 2 separate pwm channels supporting up to 100kHz frequency that control both motor channels. To bring the circuit out of standby mode, you need to pull the STBY pin to Logic 1 level.
