The product supply voltage is DC 12V. If you apply 220V the product will be damaged.

     With the W3230 digital thermostat you can control the relay at its output according to the ambient temperature. Thanks to the high temperature sensitivity (0.1C) you can provide a more stable temperature control. This thermostat can be used for incubator machines, home type freezers, water tanks, refrigerators, steam cookers, industrial equipment and other temperature controlled systems. With this thermostat you can easily perform heating and cooling control. 

    The thermostat temperature setting is done by pressing the Set key briefly ( The temperature setting is not done from within the menus!!! ) When the Set key is pressed briefly, the heater or cooler element connected to the relay operates up to the value you set. For example, in a product set to 38,5C and operating as a heater, the heater heats the environment up to 38,5C. When the ambient temperature reaches the set (38,5C) value, the relay cuts the supply of the heater element. The heating function stops. The relay remains off until the ambient temperature drops 2 degrees down and no heating is done. When the ambient temperature drops to 36,5C the relay turns on again and the environment starts to be heated again. In this way an ambient temperature varying between 38,5C and 36,5C degrees is obtained.

     This 2 degree range should not be set to very low settings. If it is set very low ( 0,1) the relay switches on and off too much. The number of on off operations of the relay is limited. After a while the relay will be damaged. We recommend that you use the 2 degree temperature variation range.

     If the Restart key is pressed long the product turns off. If it is pressed long again the product turns on. It functions as an on off key.

     If the Set key is pressed long, you go to the section where the product programs are set. In this section adjustments related to the features of the product are made. If you do not have detailed knowledge, definitely do not make settings in this section. Never change the P2 and P3 values. They are not sections related to the temperature of the product. They are values belonging to the measuring range. The table related to the program settings is below. If the product is working faulty, bring the settings on the product to the factory settings according to the table below.
