The mosfets under the product must be mounted on a cooling surface. If proper cooling is not done, the mosfets will be damaged. It can be used with a fan up to 100w. Above 100w you need to use it with cooling systems suitable for the power.

     It is a 500w brushless motor driver board. It is used with 120 degree brushless motors. The motor speed can be adjusted between %0/100 with a potentiometer. There are motor detection sensor inputs. It has on off control button support. It has a speed signal pulse output. The motor direction can be controlled with a switch.

     The case and the cooler are not included with it. A cooler must be used according to the instructions in the descriptions. Its small structure is suitable for use in your projects.

Warnings:

• Check the suitability of the voltage and power parameters of the motor. If you connect a motor that can be damaged when high power is transferred, your motor may be damaged.
• It is used with 120 degree brushless motors. You can adjust the motor 3 phase hall order according to the actual situation. Thus you can reach the most efficient driving condition.
• Its case and cooler are not sent with it. It can be used with a fan up to 100w. Above 100w the use of a cooler is mandatory.
• It is mandatory that the 5V output on the board is not connected to any other external circuit. It can only be used for the speed adjustment pot and enable switch connection.
• The motor cables must be shielded. They must not be longer than 50cm. Otherwise the motor rotation is affected in a bad way.

Control Port:

• Z/F: It is the rotation direction control pin. 5V connection or leaving it empty is the “forward” direction. 0V runs it in the “reverse” direction.
• VR: Speed control pin. Analog speed adjustment input pin. A voltage between 0-5V must be applied. A 20kohm potentiometer can be used.
• El (Enable): On off control pin. It does not work at ground connection. The board works at 5V or floating.
• Signal: Speed signal pulse output
• GND: Ground
• 5V: 5V supply output for control signals
