     The HW-468 step-down module is designed to obtain a fixed and stable Dc 5V 5A output from high voltage dc sources (for example 12V or 24V). This module provides a reliable power supply for microcontrollers, sensor modules, control circuits or other electronic systems running on 5V. With its compact structure, it offers easy mounting in applications with limited space.

     On the module, the input and output connections are located on the same terminal block. IN+ is the voltage input pin, OUT+ is the voltage output pin, and GND is the common ground connection. The pin directions must be checked carefully before making the connection. Applying the input voltage through the OUT pin by mistake may damage the product.

     The HW-468 has a reverse connection protection diode, a power indicator led, quality coil and capacitor components. Thanks to its compact structure, 3 mounting holes and 3-way terminal block connection, it provides easy mounting in in-vehicle applications, robotic projects, prototype circuits and small control systems.

Pin description:

• IN+: Voltage input pin             
• Out+: Voltage output pin.
• GND: Common ground pin.

     The input and output pins are on the same terminal block. There is an input reverse protection diode. However, the fact that the pins are on the same terminal block creates the possibility of making an incorrect connection. It is important not to make an incorrect connection. If the input voltage is connected to the circuit through the out pin by mistake, the product will be damaged.
