     The MG996R servo motor is a standard size servo motor used in robotics, rc systems, mechanical arm applications, steering mechanisms and motion projects requiring force, with its metal gear structure and high torque capacity. The MG996R is the improved version of the MG995. It is controlled with a pwm signal and works compatibly with arduino, stm32, esp32, raspberry pi, rc receivers and similar control systems. 

     The MG996R is a model that can carry a higher load compared to standard mini servos. Its metal gear structure offers more durable use against impact and wear compared to plastic gears.

Usage notes:

• The servo motor should not be powered directly from a microcontroller pin.
• An external power supply capable of providing suitable current should be used for stable operation.
• Since a sudden current draw may occur under load, the use of a weak adapter or insufficient regulator on the supply line may cause instability.
• Position control is performed with a PWM signal. It can easily be driven with arduino servo libraries.
