This module is made with the TP4056 chip. It can charge 1 cell lithium batteries or charge batteries connected in parallel. TP4056 can perform precise charging with a simple circuit structure. This module has a fully automatic charging mechanism. It is produced from Smd materials.
Besides battery charging, the circuit also contains a voltage boost circuit. The output voltage can be adjusted with the small pot on the board. The load output voltage is factory set to 9V. You can boost the 4V battery voltage up to 27V and connect it to a load.Turning the pot clockwise increases the voltage. At 2V battery voltage the voltage boost operation stops automatically. You can use the output currents as 5V 1.4A , 9V 0.8A, 12V 0.6A.
The module has self-regulation current capability. It has the possibility of charging between 100mA and 1000mA. The charging current is set as 1A. If you wish, you can change the current value by changing the resistor.
The module takes its supply voltage from the micro usb or from the supply input pads on the board. The test current can be measured from the input side. The charging current should be 0.37 of the battery capacity. It is appropriate for a 1A battery to be charged with at most 0.4A. Charging with high currents in a shorter time damages the battery.
The wires to be used in the supply and battery connections must be of good quality. Poor quality cables will affect the charging current due to the resistance they will show. During charging the red led indicator works. When charging is finished the green indicator led lights up and it is understood that charging has finished. The charging voltage must not be above 5V. A supply voltage that goes above 5V causes heat. This in turn causes the charging current to decrease. An integrated circuit temperature of 60 degrees is normal.

Usage :
- The board is supplied from the Micro Usb socket or the IN+- inputs.
- The battery cell to be charged is connected from the B+ and B- pins.
- A load can be connected from the Out+ and Out- pins. The load voltage adjustment is made with the potentiometer.
- The red led lights up during charging. When charging is finished the green led lights up.
- Never charge your batteries with a rate greater than 1C.
