     12864b green graphic lcd module. It is an lcd screen with 2.9 inch 128 column 64 row resolution. It has the ST7920 driver integrated circuit. The product can be operated over the parallel port. It can also be driven with serial communication over the Spi port using very few pins. It stands out with the fact that it can be easily used from the spi port by many systems such as Arduino.

     Unlike character lcds, text and graphics can be created in the desired dimensions. It gives the opportunity to create very nice images, menus and texts by making 8192 pcs dots active or passive as desired.

     It is black on a green base. With its small structure it takes up little space in circuits. It can operate in a wide temperature range. It has low power consumption. It can operate with DC  5V supply.
