     Peltiers are ceramic products that can create a temperature difference between their 2 surfaces when electricity is applied. While the temperature rises on one surface, the temperature decreases on the other surface. It is also essential that the hot surface be cooled with an external heatsink. Otherwise, very high heat builds up on the hot surface side in a short time and the ceramic structure is irreversibly damaged.

     This peltier cooling system is shipped assembled and ready. It can be used just by making the DC 12V supply connections.  There is a 4x4cm aluminum heatsink on the peltier cooling surface and a 4xm x 4cm fan in the same place to increase cold air transfer. The very low temperatures formed on the cooling surface are mixed into the air in the desired direction by this section. On the hot side, a large heatsink aluminum finned part and a large 12cm fan mounted on it are installed. These 2 parts undertake the very fast dissipation of the heat formed on the hot surface of the peltier.

     The supply voltage of the peltier and the 2 fans is DC 12V. All 3 parts can be driven from the same source. A power supply of at least 60W must be used. This set can cool volumes of 2-5 liters. When the ambient temperature is 20 degrees, it can lower the temperature in the enclosed area on the cold side to freezing level. It cannot be used in open areas. It is suitable for small enclosed areas.
