     It is a red 8 digit 7 segment display module that you can use for the numeric display function in your projects. The max7219 driver IC is used in the module. You can easily integrate it into your project together with Arduino and other mcu boards and use it as an output/display unit. You can control 8 pieces of 7 segment with 3 io pins. It is widely used in applications such as clock, time, queue and quantity.

     It can operate at DC 3.3V and 5V voltages. Numerals and some letters can be displayed. The numerals 0/9 and A, B, C, D, E, F and the dot can be shown. It is used with the supply and 3 control pins. It can be used via Arduino and mcu boards. The display capacity can be increased by connecting more than one display to each other. The texts are shown on the display without flicker.

Note: If the supply pins are connected in reverse, the IC may be damaged.

Wiring Instructions:

• More than 1 module can be connected to each other.
• The left pins are the input pins. The right pins are the output pins for the next  module.
• The necessary connection must be made to the input pins via a board or arduino. The arduino connection is shown in picture number 8.
